Removing the ExpressCard dummy card
1. Push the ExpressCard all the way in to eject the ExpressCard dummy.
2. Pull it out from the slot.

- Loosen the five captive screws in the covers as shown.

5. Carefully open the DIMM Cover.
7. Carefully open the HDD Cover.

- Disconnect the two antenna cables.
3. Remove the two securing screws.

- 4. Remove the WLAN module as shown.
- See "Removing the Lower Covers" on page 57.
- Push out the release latches on both sides of the DIMM socket to release the DIMM module.
3. Remove the DIMM module.
- Repeat steps for the second DIMM module.
- See "Removing the Lower Covers" on page 57.
- Hold the Pull Tab and slide the HDD away from the connector.
3. Pull the HDD up as shown to remove.
NOTE: To prevent damage to HDD, avoid pressing down on it or placing heavy objects on top of it.
4. Remove the four screws (two each side) securing the HDD to the carrier.

- 3. Insert a screw driver as shown and push the ODD Module out of the bay.
4. Remove the two screws securing the ODD bracket and remove the ODD bracket from the optical disk drive module.

- 5. Insert a pin in the eject hole of the ODD to eject the ODD tray.
